CGI Backgrounds INC provides digital photographic assets, HDRI maps, and 3D rendering content for commercial use in advertising, marketing, and design visualization. Customers gain access to content through monthly and annual subscriptions to credits, credit packs,  or individual licensing.

Fulfillment Policy Access to purchased digital content is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Customers can log in to their accounts on www.cgibackgrounds.com to download assets or utilize licensed content. If there are delays or access issues, please contact customer service.
Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once access or downloads have been granted. Exceptions may be made for duplicate or erroneous charges.
Return Process Digital content cannot be returned. However, customers may contact support for resolution if they encounter technical issues with downloaded files.
Cancellation Policy Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, access to content will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods. Credits accrued during the term of a subscription do not expire.
Legal or Export Restrictions CGI Backgrounds INC operates under U.S. export laws and regulations. Our content is not intended for use in embargoed countries or by restricted parties as defined by the U.S. government.
